Sun Salutation
 

Slowly stand and form a circle. To activate the 72000 nerves in our body, clap 324 times. Make sure the fingers of both hands press each other well. Initially clap from 1 to 100, then from 100 to 1 followed by 1 to 100 quickly, then 24 times in a slow rhythm. After this raise both your hands towards the sky bringing your tongue out and laugh loudly, to your heart’s content . Remove all your blues and present a thunderous laughter (laugh heartily).

Finally end the session with a Love song in praise of SUN which is given below .  Those who cannot sing the  song, can sing another one or mentally express their gratitude to SUN and depart.

And Then…………….

As we absorb more and more cosmic rays from the Sun, hunger comes down. As a result food intake too comes down. A situation will arise when our body needs less quantity of traditional food. That time we should take care not to gulp unwanted foods just to satisfy our taste buds. If we are little cautious during this time, our energy level will increase and obesity will decrese.

As more and more sunrays enter our system, the negative qualities will be destroyed just like how the sunlight purifies the outside atmosphere. All positive thoughts and qualities hidden underneth will come to the surface. Some of the addictions like Smoking, Alcoholic drinks, drugs & other sadistic tendencies will be wiped off from the system.

The energy from the Sun is the primary source. The food we take is only a secondary source of energy. Those who eat non-vegetarian food will be consuming the third form of energy. Hence it is better to decrease the intake of non-vegetarian food, and gradually stop the same for better results

Practise SunGazing on a regular basis for quicker results. Dont be absent continuously. If you are suffering from any ailments like Diabetics, BP, Cholestrol etc, you may do periodic check up to ascertain the results of Sun Gazing, and if you practise the same with faith & devotion, you will be forced to stop some medicines later on, since all the above diseases disappear from your system.

When you start experiencing the results, share it with others and spread the message of this technique and that will be one of your greatest contribution to society.
